George Marchelos - The Franchise...

This site is a work in progress for George Marchelos -

If you are looking for a professional to get a job done look no further. George is your go to guy...

I have watched George Marchelos throughout his career time and time again pull off what others only wish they could. He earned a nick name that has stuck with him his entire career to this day. They call him "The Franchise" because of his technical prowess and pure ability at whatever he decides to do.

In 1983 he applied for an engineering position at a computer company. part of the application process was an aptitude test to see how well he understood electronic design. He was only the second person to ever ace the test. His performance was so good that his peers soon caught wind of it and nick named him "The Franchise", independently owned and operated!

George Marchelos - Deal maker...

In 1999 - 2002 George Marchelos assembled a team of consultants to try to save a small New Englan start up company. He succeeded! The team he introduced took them from negative revenue to $11M in sales in two years. They voted that company the second fastest growing small business in all of New England in 2001.

For his efforts Mr. George Marchelos was hired as a direct employee and promoted to V.P. of Business Development for the firm. Some of his accomplishments were:

  • $6M contract for a Michigan school district
  • $3M contract for a major F500 company
  • Built Biz Dev relationships with MCI, AT&T and Sprint Telecommunication

The company was aquired shortly after George's promotion. If not for George's efforts that firm would have collapsed in 1999.

"Working with George Marchelos has been an experience I will never forget"

i have learned more about selling in the two months I worked with George than I have over the last two years. His techniques and tricks and amazing. There really is something to good sales training. I wish I could have worked with George longer. He is the ultimate professional and a true leader.

If you ever have an opportunity to work with or need to hire George I suggest you grab him quick, while you can, because someone else just might beat you to it!
